Making Pasta with Graduate Student Yusuf Fırtına
Students from our university's Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts had the opportunity to experience the fresh pasta production process during a practical class conducted as part of their Food Science course. During the event, Chef Yusuf Fırtına, a graduate of our department, joined our students and shared his industry experience. Topics such as dough structure, the starch-protein relationship, and cooking techniques were covered in a hands-on manner.
